James snapped a run with a three-pointer a few minutes later to start a 10-2 run with 2:19 remaining to bring Elon back within six of him, but the Dragons won on his 6-0 run. Finished the game.

    • McGill’s three-game scoring streak equals her longest season record. The Alumni Center kicked off the year with three straight double-digit games against Wake Forest, North Carolina, and High Point.
    • Evans scored in double figures for the 12th time this season to tie Preston for the team lead.
    • James went 3-5 on 3-pointers to end Phoenix’s two-game road trip 5-8.
    • Vanessa Taylor It was the 36th start of his career for the second year in a row.
    • Drexel won the board battle 35-28. Elon’s 28 rebounds were his second-lowest this season, and his offensive board with 6 was his lowest.
    • Phoenix had the second-lowest 10 turnovers this season. Elon is averaging 11.5 turnovers over his last 4 games. He entered the stretch averaging 20.1 turnovers in his first 17 games.
