NFL Playoff Photos: If you’re a Washington Commanders fan, who are you rooting for in Week 17?

Almost everything was perfect for Washington in Week 16, except for the Washington Commanders’ loss to the San Francisco 49ers. detroit lions (7-8) and Seattle Seahawks (7-8) Lost an early game matchup.

Now, with winnable games just around the corner, Washington should rely less on losing playoff competition for Commanders to extend its season.game against cleveland browns (6-9) and dallas cowboys (11-4) – A team the Eagles lost or won a game with no reason to play a starter in Week 18 is on par with the team they beat this season.

But nothing is taken for granted with this team, so even if they can’t secure a playoff spot for themselves, there are some positive outcomes for Washington.

In short, it’s a race between Commanders, Lions, Seahawks and Resurgents. Green Bay Packers (7-8). Other teams are still in contention, but if any member of that group wins him 2-0, he has a good chance of making the playoffs. Of course, burgundy and gold are better than the rest.

Washington is vying for one of the final two wildcard spots.of new york giants (8-6-1) has a 91% chance of getting one of them to lead the pack, according to FiveThirtyEight. The Commanders are second with 29%, followed closely by the Seahawks (27%), Packers (27%) and Lions (24%).of Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-8) is carolina panthers (6-9) also play a factor.of new orleans saints (6-9) Wild cards also keep outside shots.

As for tiebreakers, you don’t have to worry too much. The Commanders lost the only thing likely to matter when they lost to the Giants in Week 15. Another tie would have to be involved for the traditional tiebreaker to factor in for the remaining teams.

No one has earned a spot in the NFC this past week, but Dallas has ensured they are no worse than the 5th seed in the playoffs.of Atlanta Falcons (5-10) were excluded.

This leaves the remaining eight teams battling for the final three spots.

This guide has a methodology. The initial selection of teams to root for is based on the assumption that Washington will win the rest of the season (resulting in him a 9-7-1 record). The only time this doesn’t happen is if the matchup favors a direct playoff standings between the Commander and another team.

The tie-breaking procedure will be preceded by 1-1 results, followed by division game win/loss percentage (for NFC East opponents), and everyone else’s best game played within NFC.

So far Washington has tie-breaks with the following teams:

-Green Bay Packers (7-8) – Showdown

Burgundy and Gold lost the tiebreaker to these teams:

-New York Giants (8-6-1) – Showdown

    -Detroit Lions (7-8) – Showdown

-Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-8) – Conference Record

Tiebreakers not yet decided by competing teams:

Seattle Seahawks (7-8) and New Orleans Saints (6-9)

    Washington Week 17 Cheer Guide

Dallas Cowboys (11-4) Tennessee Titans (7-8)

Thursday, December 29 at 8:15 PM ET

Dallas can currently only finish as the No. 1 seed or No. 5 seed. The best-case scenario for Washington is for the Cowboys to lock in the No. 5 seed as the top wild card. If that happens this week, Dallas may not play a starter in the full game in Week 18.

Because to get there, you have to lose with Dallas or win with the Eagles. Titans route.

Chicago Bears (3-12) vs Detroit Lions (7-8)

Sunday, January 1 at 1:00 PM ET

Suddenly, the rapidly rising Lions are in a predicament. Their playoff odds are just 24%, according to FiveThirtyEight, which is his fifth on a team with only two slots available in the wildcard race.

Detroit is right behind Washington in the playoff standings. With the Commanders and Seahawks trailing 1-1 and the Lions trailing 2-0, Detroit will take the seventh seed. But that would require that playoff hopes be left in the hands of other teams.

A win for Washington and a loss for the Lions would eliminate Detroit entirely. Bears route.

Indianapolis Colts (4-10-1) vs New York Giants (8-6-1)

Sunday, January 1 at 1:00 PM ET

Washington could overtake the Giants for the sixth seed. This is where the tiebreak comes in, but New York still holds it. To overcome the tiebreaker, the Commander needs to be 2-0 on him and the Giants 0-2 on him. Colts route.

New Orleans Saints (6-9) vs Philadelphia Eagles (13-2)

Sunday, January 1 at 1:00 PM ET

It’s always nice when the results can help the Commander doubly. The Eagles’ win will anchor Dallas in his No. 5 spot and make the Week 18 game against Washington meaningless for the Cowboys. The Saints loss removes the Saints from playoff contention. Support the Eagles.

Carolina Panthers (6-9) vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-8)

Sunday, January 1 at 1:00 PM ET

Carolina’s only way to the playoffs is to win the NFC South. By defeating the Buccaneers, they earned the tiebreaker in Tampa Bay and need to win Week 18 to clinch. Doing so would restrict the Buccaneers to a wild card race.

Washington already has too many teams competing for wild card slots. Buccaneers route.

Washington Commanders (7-7-1) vs. Cleveland Browns (6-9)

Sunday, January 1 at 1:00 PM ET

I’m here. Washington continues to dominate playoff fortunes. This time, it should not rely on other teams losing to maintain its dominance. Their way is very simple. Lastly, he needs to win two games to qualify.

Coming into a game with a 29% chance of making the playoffs, they are second only to the Giants (92%) and are contending for the 6th and 7th seeds.

    And how this changes…

    Win Rate: 50%

    Loss: 7%

    Ties: 17%

yeah i wish i could win Commander root.

Washington could lose and be eliminated this week. A loss to the Browns, a Packers win over Minnesota, and a Lions win over the Bears would end the Commanders’ season. The Detroit-Green Bay matchup in Week 18 will be a virtual play-in game.

New York Jets (7-8) vs. Seattle Seahawks (7-8)

Sunday, January 1 at 4:05 PM ET

This is one of the biggest games in the NFL this week. This is basically a lose-or-lose matchup for his two teams outside the playoffs.

But Washington is only concerned about the Seahawks losing. Seattle’s chances of making the playoffs go into the weekend with him at 27%, and the team is most likely to overtake the Commanders for the 7th seed. jet route.

Minnesota Vikings (12-3) vs Green Bay Packers (7-8)

Sunday, January 1 at 4:25 PM ET

The Green Bay Packers don’t leave quietly late into the night. All was well for Commander last week, but all was well for Green Bay.

A win for the Packers and a loss for the Commanders will put Green Bay into the postseason. Viking route.
