Los Angeles was able to pull off a solid win last Saturday with a 120-113 win over the Atlanta Hawks. It was another big night for Los Angeles small forward Kawhi Leonard as he shot 5-of-10 from downtown, scoring 32 points and he had eight rebounds.
Meanwhile, Cleveland lost by a wide margin last Friday against the Oklahoma City Thunder, losing 112-100. Shooting guard her Caris LeVert hasn’t been a huge difference player for Cleveland. LeVert played 37 minutes, but he only put up two points on 12-1 shooting.
The Clippers are expected to lose the next one by five. But now that he’s on a four-game winning streak in the ATS, it might be worth taking a chance against the spread.
Los Angeles’ win made them 28-24, while the Cavaliers’ loss made them 30-21. Two defensive stats to watch: Los Angeles averages just 110.5, which ranks him third in the league when it comes to points allowed per game. But Cleveland is even better. They enter the contest with only a league-best average of 107.1 points per game allowed. We’ll see if that advantage gives Cleveland a path to victory.
