When 2021 WNBA Champion the Chicago Sky commemorated their Finals win, they did so with a humorous keepsake: the door Diana Taurasi reportedly broke..
Winning the WNBA Finals isnt easy, however neither is losing. Simply ask Phoenix Mercury point player Diana Taurasi.
After her team lost in Game 4 of the Finals, it put Chicago at 3-1, clinching the Championship on their own. It was difficult for the 39-year-old Taurasi, who has actually won the champion three times in her 17-year profession.
Competitive as ever, Phoenixs “White Mamba” reportedly slammed and broke a going to locker space door after the defeat. In their event on Tuesday, the Chicago Sky took the door as a token of their overall success over Taurasi and the Mercury.

Ive been recovering throughout the day from last night. However congratulations to the Chicago Sky on bringing house our very first Title in franchise history. Cant wait to see y all at the Parade tomorrow. Please no more champagne.

After all, the Sky got the last laugh in the series and in the championship parade. Not just did they win, but they made one of the biggest to play the video game punch a door in aggravation.
