Braves fans pile on Mets’ grave after dramatic week

Nationals executive would rather resign than get COVID-19 vaccine by John Buhler.
The New York Mets have gone exactly zero days without unnecessary drama. So, who better than to sum everything up than Atlanta Braves fans?
The Mets thumbs down debate was, in some way, not the most embarrassing thing to happen to them today.

Cleveland has a better record than the Mets my dude take the L.

Ive never truly had tensions towards the Mets like I have the Phillies/Nationals. Even when theyre great, its similar to, “Dont worry, they never stay long.”.

Keep in mind when Mets fans were determined Steve Cohen would repair their team? That was funny.

Mets basic supervisor Zack Scott was arrested for a DUI early Tuesday morning after participating in a group charity event at owner Steve Cohens home. There is absolutely nothing amusing about driving while intoxicated. Its difficult to reject how often the Mets relatively put themselves in the news for the wrong factors.
I hope Javy Báez provides a press release and calls a team meeting to let it be understood that this habits will not be endured in the Mets organization. It would just be fair.

There were a lot more. And by no methods are fans taking what Scott did lightly.
However, just the number of disastrous occasions do the Mets require to partake in to encourage the remainder of the baseball world theyre cursed?

Sunday night the Mets put out a statement slamming their gamers for the thumbs down thing and Monday night all the players are invited over to the owners home? https://t.co/6Y5yZOZ5FH.

Atlanta Braves have clear view of dysfunction in exact same division.
Sure, MLB needed to move the All-Star Game out of Atlanta previously this offseason, however that looks like a walk in the park compared to what the Mets are going through.
Its easy to toss stones from the top of the division standings. Braves fans did not always hold back when discussing how grateful they are to, well, not be the Mets today.

I hope Javy Báez issues a press release and calls a team meeting to let it be known that this habits will not be endured in the Mets organization. It would just be reasonable. https://t.co/ZJ5thXeiES.
