Cleveland’s Josh Naylor suffers brutal graphic ankle injury, carted off field

In the bottom of the fourth inning, Naylor tried to field a turn up by Jorge Polanco, but hit second baseman Ernie Clement. That resulted in Naylor suffering a gruesome right ankle injury, where he needed to be carted off the field.
