Did the Astros really complain to MLB about heckling Yankee fans?

A report from previously this week said a Yankee Stadium security personnel offered this information to a fan as validation for seizing an Oscar the Grouch costume upon entry. This has actually been aggregated into “Report: Astros grumbled to MLB,” which doesnt appear to be the case.

Astros did not complain about the heckling Yankees fans.
Security personnel can say practically whatever they want which seems how this report began. The guard may have simply wished to take away a part of the Oscar the Grouch outfit that could have been tossed onto the field.
Lets stop briefly to make fun of the fact someone had an Oscar the Grouch outfit in the very first location.
This kind of hate is not disappearing and Yankees fans were imaginative all series long. Several got tossed out and to them, it was most likely all worth it.
The Astros complaining to MLB would have opened them as much as even more jeers. For now they are simply choosing to handle it and take it all in.

None of this came as a shock. A rumor did emerge the Astros grumbled to MLB about the hecklers. The Athletics Lindsey Adler shut down that rumor and gave a description of how it stemmed.

Did the Astros really have to complain to MLB about Yankees fans since of all the heckling from the stands today?
Fans are back in the stands in 2021 which means the Houston Astros get to hear consistent chants about how they cheated. If they thought anyone would forget, they were sorely mistaken.

New York Yankees fans were loud and proud this week as the 2 teams squared off in the Bronx. Jose Altuve got it the worst and the NSFW videos were abundant with chants directed toward him.
