Knicks Spoil Kemba Walker’s Season Debut in Blowout Win

Kemba Walker appeared a bit rusty during his season debut in the Boston Celtics blowout 75-105 loss to the New York Knicks on Sunday.
Walker posted an inefficient stat line of 9 points, 3 rebounds, 4 helps, and 5 turnovers on 3-13 shooting from the field and 1-8 shooting from 3 in 20 minutes of play.
After the game, Celtics head coach Brad Stevens described the video game as a “car.”.
Celtics big-man Daniel Theis had harsher words.
” They really whooped our *** from the first minute,” Theis said.
The Knicks shot nearly 20% better than the Celtics from the field, the 3, and the free-throw line in the computer game.
However Walker took a more positive path than a few of his coworkers.
” It felt truly outstanding to be out there… … … … I had a good time being out there with my colleagues,” Walker stated.
The Celtics will intend to rebound on Wednesday in a primetime matchup versus the Philadelphia 76ers.
